• The hourly rates are ONLY in Manhattan and for a minimum of 3 HOURS, a waiting time will be billed in 10 minutes increments of $20 (first 10 minutes are complimentary).
• We do offer a complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights.

• Cancellation policies: We know plans can change, so we've designed an industry leading cancellation policy that's flexible for our customers and supports our drivers. We respect your time and your driver's time too - so we won't charge cancellation fees
  (must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time within NYC), Full Charge if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled Pickup Time.
